GE Johnson is a technical builder with over 57 years of passion for results. We are currently under construction in Boulder County, supporting a confidential client with a 15,500 SF tenant improvement for a pharmaceutical pilot plant expansion.
This existing office will house research and development laboratory space and chemical storage, as well as office space. The project includes significant process scopes, including process waste, medical-grade gases, and fluids. Our in-house MEP expertise has actively worked with the project team to overcome these constraints to ensure all MEP and life safety systems are coordinated with the height constraints of the building.
